KLH, the iconic audio brand that was revived in early 2018, has announced the availability of the Ultimate One headphones it previewed at CES in January.
The revitalized brand’s first headphone offering, the over-ear Ultimate One is an open-air design with ebony ($300) or zebra wood ($380) earcups that house 2-inch beryllium drivers. The earcups are filled with high-density microfiber and feature leather-encased memory-foam earpads with a lambskin inner section plus a padded, hand-stitched headband.
KLH provides a black leather travel, velour carry bag, and a detachable 6.5-foot cable with a gold-plated mini-jack connector and removable quarter-inch XLR adapter.
Frequency response is specified as 18 Hz-22 KHz ±3 dB and sensitivity as 97 dB. The headphones are covered by a 2-year warranty.
