MUTO COMMUNICATIONS APPOINTED GLOBAL PUBLIC RELATIONS AGENCY OF RECORD FOR KLH AUDIO
Port Jefferson, NY – August 23, 2018 – KLH has selected Muto Communications as its international public relations agency-of-record. Founded in 1957 by Henry Kloss and partners, KLH pioneered some of the biggest innovations in audio. In 2017, the brand was acquired by David P. Kelley, formerly President of Global Sales and board member of Klipsch.
KLH has designed a premium, highly-competitive line of stereo, home theater and architectural loudspeakers, as well as a disruptive solution that transforms an existing home audio system to a wireless HiRES, voice-enabled streaming music system.
Muto will drive a public relations campaign globally, working closely with KLH to reintroduce, seat and elevate the brand to both trade and consumer audiences.
“Muto Communications is both excited and proud to represent a brand as storied as KLH. I’ve known David Kelley for more than two decades now, and for much of that time we’ve been looking for a way to work together. In near-term, we have a very exciting brand launch planned for the custom residential channel during the 2018 CEDIA Expo. And as well as I know David Kelley, I’d say the CEDIA channel can expect KLH to knock the ball out of the park!” exclaimed President Paul Muto.
“Paul and I have been friends and colleagues for nearly 25-years, since his early days at JBL as a Product Manager, and I have always held him in the highest regard. His integrity and steadfast commitment to his client’s mission has made him widely-respected by industry peers. We share a common passion for the CE industry and music. And we are committed to improving the consumer’s musical experience through our passion. The new KLH is fortunate to have this engaged, enthusiastic and dedicated public relations professional Paul Muto of Muto Communications handling our PR,” said KLH CEO and President David P. Kelley.
